Click on the OUR CLUB (menu tab)
Click on: Contact Us
Under the heading: Submit Enquiry
Where it states: Enquiry To (Select Membership from the Site Contact drop down menu)
Fill out the rest of the Enquiry Form
Type the Authentication numbers into the Enter Code Box
Press Submit
This will now send your enquiry to our Membership Officer
